Risk Assessment
Deadline for submission: Tuesday, 5 May, 11:59pm AEST
Before submitting please ensure you have:
- Attended the compulsory Risk Management Workshop on Tuesday, 28 April
- Save in PDF format
- File must be named as follows: Project Name_Risk Assessment_Date
- Team leader can sign the form on behalf of the team, all team names must be listed
- Project name must be on the document
- Your supervisor must review and sign the document
- Risk assessment must include information on bump in/out, exhibiting, PPE required, audience/public management, etc.
Posters
Deadline for submission: Wednesday, 11 May, 11:59pm AEST
- A0 size (84.1cm x 118.9cm), PORTRAIT
- Sent as a PDF file
- The University of Melbourne logo may not be used on your posters
- Ensure you receive permission to use any industry logos
- Poster to include project title, project code, all team member names, project supervisor’s name, discipline
- File name to read as Project Name_Poster_Date
- Do not put your booth number on your poster
Please ensure all the requirements are met before submitting your poster, as posters with missing/incorrect requirements submitted may not be printed.
Headshots
Deadline for submission: Wednesday, 11 May, 11:59pm AEST
Before submitting, please ensure your headshot meets the below requirements:
Professional photo, square cropped to show head and part of the body.
- Save in JPG or PNG format
- Try not to have a plain white background
- Name your file as full name_project title_personal photo
If you do not wish to have a photo on the interactive map, please advise the Events team at endeavour-feit@unimelb.edu.au.
